Driving Directions:

From I-695, take exit 27 for Dulaney Valley Road/MD-146 S toward South Towson. At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto MD-45 S/York Road. Turn right at W Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn left at Washington Avenue. Turn left at W Chesapeake Avenue. Park in the paid parking lot on the right; the EDN office is just past the parking lot on the right side. The first hour of parking is free with a validated ticket (EDN can validate tickets).
